The master stateroom is aft, with direct access to a head with shower stall. The stateroom features a queen size bed with mirrored headboard, lighted vanity with mirror and plenty of storage/locker space. At the bow is a large V-berth cabin that sleeps an additional two adults in comfort. A second head and shower forward offers complete privacy for the crew of four. The main salon features a wrap-around -the-mast folding table with seating for six or more and additional sleeping. The interior is very comfortable with 6'1" headroom. This Irwin 44 features an electrically operated transom swim platform, offering access just above the water line for swimming, snorkeling, diving and easy access while at the mooring. And additional fresh water shower is located within the transom. This boat was stored in dry dock before and for the past two years, she has been in fresh water, only cruising in salt water for 4 months. The hull - both above and below the water line - is in Excellent Condition. The boat features a roomy, comfortable centre cockpit and walk around deck.Irwins are well known for great accommodation and leisurely sailing in all conditions. This model is easily handled by two persons and can be used as a great gunkholer or liveaboard. Below decks, there is a spacious interior fitted with all the amenities for the cruising lifestyle. Very well maintained and ready to go condition. A true offshore cruiser with all the amenities to render an excellent cruiser or liveaboard. Check the recent survey to find out about all the new equipment, paint, rigging, spare parts, etc.. the boat was prepared to go away for long cruise before a change of plan. She has been only 4 months in salwater since rebuilt.
