Very clean houseboat with many recent updates. Fresh bottom paint '07, new bimini top, new carpet and sofa, new full size refrigerator w/icemaker, new rear roof air conditioner, new toilet with purisan system, new swim platform and ladder.

Powered with twin 220 hp Crusaders (305 cubic inch Chev V8) w/V-drives with 800 original hours. Has 8kw Westerbeke genset with 900 hours and dual roof air units.

Floorplan features master aft with double berth, private head with shower, cuddy forward with two double berths and half bath. The salon/pilothouse has a new full size sofa, new carpeting, breakfast bar w/two stools. The galley down has all appliances including new refrigerator w/icemaker, a microwave, stove and oven. There is a dining area with table and four chairs.

Outside there is an abundance of room and seating. There is a built in bench at the bow, several chairs and lounges on the upper deck, dual back to back reclining seats on the bridge.

Electronics include Standard vhf radio, Standard hailer, Datamarine digital depthfinder, Pioneer am/fm/cd stereo with speakers throughout.
