Looking for that really clean little houseboat, don't want to spend an arm and a leg, don't want to have to fix or clean anything, don't want to have to add any extras, just get on it, crank it up and go. Please, take a look.

This is a good looking boat with shiny white gelcoat and distinctive black & gold striping. The two black sunbrella biminis are oversized. She's well equipped; good power with low hour 350 Crusaders; 7 kw Westerbeke; twin DuoTherm roof mounted, vented air conditioners; King Dome Sat/tv; big 32" Sony flat screen with dvd in salon and a slightly smaller one in the master; up & down stereos, vhf radios, spotlight controls; West Marine multi depth finder & speed log; boatsafe bilge heater; 30 amp charger; sea strainers for mains & gen; and more.
The interior is surprising. Will actually sleep 10 without stacking. The salon upholstery is new. The galley has basically everything including full size frig w/icemaker, stove, microwave and oven. The convertible dinette feeds four or sleeps two. The master is aft with a full size bed, hanging locker, dresser, tv and private head with shower. The guest cuddy is forward, has two full berths, plenty of drawers and a private wet head.

Owners' family has finally outgrown her. They are looking for a bit more room and would trade up to a 50' plus, later model houseboat. All offers will be considered.
